Elmhurst Toyota to Dedicate Redesigned Store June 26

The team at Elmhurst Toyota will officially unveil their new automobile dealership at a grand opening ceremony on Thursday, June 26. Elmhurst Toyota just completed an extensive renovation of its 45,000 square-foot facility on West Lake Street in Elmhurst. The store features a redesigned new-car showroom as well as a comfortable customer lounge, café, and Wi-Fi access. There is also a children's play area featuring a replica Elmhurst Community Unit Fischer School.
The service area is equipped with 29 high-tech vehicle bays, an enclosed entry drive and a half-dozen service writer stations. A large climate-controlled new vehicle delivery area allows customers to experience the excitement of driving their new Toyota or Scion off the showroom floor.
"Elmhurst Toyota is proud to announce the Grand Opening of the all new Elmhurst Toyota, said Kurt Schiele, dealer principal. "We have been doing business on Lake st here in Elmhurst for the past 47 years and have updated our facilities again to take even better care of our customers. Toyota officials will attend the private ceremony at 6:00 p.m. on June 26, including Kevin Fletcher, General Manager of the Chicago sales region for Toyota. During the event, Fletcher will present Elmhurst Toyota Dealer Principal Kurt Schiele and his team with a Kabuto, traditional Japanese helmet. The presentation of the Kabuto helmet, from automaker to dealer, is a symbol of the strong partnership and continued commitment with Toyota. The Schiele family has been selling Toyota vehicles in the Elmhurst community since 1967.
