"YOU & ME"  Morning Show Personalities Melissa Forman & Jeanne Sparrow from WCIU-TV "THE U" will be at The Chicago Auto Show as special guests of the Chevy Cruze Celebrity Sitdown with B96 DJ's Stylz & Roman Monday February 18, 2013.

WCIU-TV "THE U" Morning Show "YOU & ME  is seen weekday mornings from 6a-8a The show features personalities Melissa Forman & Jeanne Sparrow who is all about REAL Women, Real Chicago, & Real Fun!

Melissa Forman grew up in Northbrook where she attended Glenbrook North High School. She went on to graduate college from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In 2008 Melissa received a Distinguished Alumnus Award from Glenbrook North where she was recognized for her leadership as an outstanding radio broadcaster and for her contribution to the community. She has been one of only a few women to lead a morning radio show and the first woman in the country to simultaneously host both a show in the morning and in the afternoon drive. She has also helped raise over $500,000 for local charities.

Melissa's radio career started in Champaign, Illinois where she worked as an intern and received her first break imitating Bart Simpson on Mix 94.5. That break led to an incredibly successful five-year, on- air teaming with her partner, Jerome Ritchie. She then moved to Cincinnati where she worked at Mix 94.1. In 1999, she moved home to Chicago where she worked at WKIE-FM 92.7/5 (KISS FM). In 2001 she started hosting morning drive at WLIT-FM 93.9 in Chicago until August of 2009 with a team she loved.

In 2007 Melissa hosted 'Homes Plus' on CLTV with Jane Monzures; it was a fun- filled, informative show about home developments across Chicagoland. Her on-air radio adventures have taken her flying at six G's in fighter jets, hot air ballooning live on the air, sitting in 17,000 seats in chilly November at Memorial Stadium in order to raise money for a children's charity, and living in a shopping mall for four straight days. Radio has definitely been an outlet for Melissa to both connect and engage.

Jeanne Sparrow is a multi-talented media performer, well-known to Chicago audiences. She's an Emmy Award-winning television program host and reporter, a voice-over artist and top-rated and award-winning radio personality.

Jeanne's media career started completely by accident and continues on purpose, thanks to a little luck, fun and joy. While still in high school, Jeanne's speech and debate coach sent her to audition as an announcer on a country-western radio station in her hometown of New Iberia, Louisiana. She got the job and that's where she fell in love with radio. After graduating and moving to the Chicago area to attend Northwestern University, she kept at it - in college at WNUR, interning at WGN, eventually being heard on several Chicago radio stations as host and co-host, including morning shows on WGCI with comedians George Wallace and Steve Harvey and on WLUP with Danny Bonaduce.

A few years into her radio career, Jeanne began appearing on television. Now her experience includes a wide variety of work, including hosting entertainment, arts, public affairs and cultural programs, and also serving as a morning traffic reporter and entertainment reporter. She has appeared on several network affiliates, including NBC, PBS, UPN, and also on the Big Ten Network, Comcast Network and WGN, as well as on United Airlines in-flight programming and on the internet.

The Chevy Cruze Celebrity Sitdown will debut at the Chicago Auto Show in the Chevy Dealers Family Fun Zone in the South Hall. Celebrities will be interviewed on the all-new Chevy Cruze Celebrity Sitdown Couch throughout 2013 on B96 Radio. The actual couch will be available for photo ops for Show visitors all week.
