Kia Forte
2013 KIA FORTE: With an all new 2014 Kia Forte coming to market, the 2013 Kia Forte, Forte five-door and Koup receive minor upgrades. New this model year are LED daytime running lights, power folding outside mirrors, standard washer fluid warnibg lamp, new 16-inch wheel design, and two new exterior paint colors: Crimson Red and Metallic Bronze. Along with its sibling hatchback, the Forte sedan feature smart styling, value, five-passenger comfort and the latest technology. The front-wheel drive compact sedan is available in LX, EX and SX trim levels, while the Forte five-door is offered in EX and SX hatchback models. Both the sedan and five-door offer standard convenience features including air conditioning, SiruisXM Satellite Radio capabilities with three months complimentary service, MP3 connectivity and Bluetooth wireless technology and steering wheel-mounted audio controls. The Forte sedan's trunk offers 14.7 cubic feet of cargo space, while the Forte five-door's 19.4 cubic feet provides ample room for luggage or around-town grocery shopping. Standard engine on the LX and EX is a 2.0 liter DOHC four-cylinder that delivers 156 horsepower. When that engine is equipped with the optional Fuel Economy Package, which includes electric power steering, "smart" alternator, low-rolling-resistance silica tires and aerodynamic enhancements, delivers 27/37 mpg. The SX package features an upgraded 2.4L four cylinder that produces 173hp. Coupled with the powerplants are six-speed manual and six-speed automatic transmission options.
