Ford Flex
2013 FORD FLEX:
Ford's distinctive Flex three-row, six/seven-passenger SUV receives a new front design for 2013 that softens the edges and adds unique Flex badging that stretches the width of the hood. All models are powered by a 3.5 liter V-6, but in two variations. Standard V-6 delivers 285 horsepower. The optional EcoBoost V-6 produces a healthy 355 hp. A six-speed automatic transmissions with fully automatic and manual control of gear selection is stock equipment with all V-6s, and buyers have the choice of front-wheel or all-wheel drive. When properly equipped, the Flex can tow up to 4,500 lbs, and with second and third row seats down, there is 83.2 cu. ft. of hauling capacity. Additional new features for 2013 include rain-sensing wipers, power-fold mirrors, redesigned interior with new instrument clusters, steering wheel, seat trim, and Flex continues to offer a refrigerated console mounted between the second-row captain's chairs. New for the Ford Flex is an Appearance Package available on Limited and SEL models that contains a two-tone black roof and black mirrors, 20-inch machined aluminum wheels with painted pockets, leather seats, unique door trim panels and other interior upgrades for a truly distinctive premium look and feel. The Flex has a nine exterior paint palette, which contains three new colors for 2013 - Ruby Red tinted clearcoat, Deep Impact Blue and Kodiak Brown. Around backside, the latest Flex models has standard dual exhaust, and an available new appliqué with integrated rear view camera.
