Mitsubishi 2014 Outlander
2014 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER:
A dynamic all-new 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander crossover will be on display during the 2013 Chicago Auto Show. Available in base ES, mid-grade SE and top-of-the line GT models, all Outlanders now are available with Super All Wheel Control (S-AWC) all-wheel drive system; a new brake control and electric power steering for outstanding performance and stability. With its smooth surfaces and crisp, modern lines, the '14 Outlander wears a lightweight body that is 200 pounds less than the outgoing vehicle. Standard engine on the ES and SE is the 2.4-liter four-cylinder powerplant that produces 166 horses and comes coupled to a continuously-variable transmission (CVT) with new acceleration control for improved throttle response and ECO-mode. The premium 2014 Outlander GT model receives a 3.0-liter V-6 MIVEC engine that delivers a full 224 horsepower and is linked to a refined six-speed automatic transmission. Additionally, all seven seating positions have been completely reconfigured for improved comfort/ergonomics as well as for ease of operation of the fold-flat seats (2nd and 3rd row seating sections). A total of six exterior paint colors are offered, including shades titled Copper Metallic, Labrador Black Mica and Diamond White Pearl. Available luxury features can add leather seating surfaces, nine-speaker 710-watt Rockford-Fosgate sound system, an intuitive next-generation High-Definition navigation system with 3D mapping,and a convenient remote power tailgate that's activated from the driver's seat or by the FAST-key entry remote fob.
