Honda Civic

2013 HONDA CIVIC: Returning for 2013, the Honda Civic includes new standard features and fresh design upgrades. The '13 Civic Sedan receives all-new front and rear exterior styling, while the expressive styling of the Civic Coupe remains unchanged. All '13 Honda Civic models offer extensive interior upgrades, ride comfort, quietness and restyled wheels. This model year, the Honda Civic Sedan and Coupe will be available in LX, EX, EX-L and Si trim levels, with the Civic Hybrid, Civic Natural Gas and Civic HF also available in sedan form. The Civic HF, Sedan, Coupe and Natural Gas comes standard with the 1.8-liter i-VTEC four-cylinder. That engine produces 140 horsepower in the HF, Sedan and Coupe, but only 110hp in the Natural Gas model. A new, larger 2.4L four-cylinder delivers 201hp to the Si Coupe and sedan. Honda's Civic Hybrid features a new 1.5L four-cylinder with lithium-ion battery system, replacing the previous 1.3L with nickel-metal hydride arrangement. Depending on the engine and model, a continuously variable transmission (CVT), five-speed manual, five-speed automatic and new six-speed manual transmissions are available. Both sedan and coupe offer seating for five, a 60/40-split rear seat, and cargo areas in three sizes. The sedan's trunk is rated at 12.5 cubic feet of volume, while the coupe drops slightly to 11.7 cu. ft and the hybrid to 10.7 cu. ft. Across the board, every 2013 Civic model is equipped with Bluetooth HandsFreeLink, Bluetooth Audio, rearview camera, color i-MID display, USB/iPod connection, Pandora Interface, an SMS text feature, steering wheel audio controls, exterior temperature gauge and sliding center-console armrest.
