Lexus IS F

2012 LEXUS IS F: Wearing the brand's "F" marque, the 2012 Lexus IS F merges “Lexus” and “performance” in the same sentence. The Lexus IS F is exclusively powered by a performance-tuned 5.0-liter V8 that produces 416 horsepower and 371 lb. ft. of peak torque. It comes teamed to an eight-speed Sport Direct Shift automatic transmission with paddle shift for manual mode. Styling updates include a new hood and larger grille opening to accommodated and adequately cool the larger V8. Wider fenders envelop the new BBS 19-inch forged-alloy wheels, and the sporty attitude continues inside the four-passenger cockpit with a new red leather-trim package. Standard SmartAccess keyless entry and push-button start allow the driver to keep the access fob in a pocket or purse. Around back, IS F styling cues include four vertically stacked exhaust diffusers, two per side, integrated into the rear bumper. A subtle rear spoiler and special underbody panels optimize airflow.
