Dodge Avenger
2013 DODGE AVENGER:
America's most affordable and powerful mid-size sedan, the 2013 Dodge Avenger, is offered in three front-wheel drive models: SE, SXT and R/T. The '13 Avenger SE comes with a standard 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 173 horsepower and mated to a four-speed automatic transmission. With a suggested retail price of $18,995, Avenger SE notes its affordability. Buyers who opt for the SXT receive the same four-cylinder engine, but matched to a six-speed automatic transmission with Auto Stick. For performance buffs, there is the 283 hp 3.6L Pentastar V-6 with a six-speed automatic gearbox. Optional on SE and SXTs, the V-6 setup comes stock on the R/T, as does stiffened suspension, center-mounted tachometer, unique exterior elements, Aunde fabric with Z stripe accent interior, R/T badges and stripes. Passengers will enjoy the intuitive technology-like Uconnect hands-free phone with Bluetooth and a 40 gigabyte (GB) (28 GB available storage) 6.5-inch touchscreen radio. The trunk room on Avengers is rated at 13.5 cubic feet. New for 2013 - the Avenger R/T price is reduced by $500, the Enhanced Rallye Appearance Group includes 18-inch twin-spoke wheels, rear spoiler, dark-tinted headlamps and body-color grille, plus, the SXT adds premium leather with heated front seats.
