Lincoln MKX
2012 LINCOLN MKX: Industry-first customer-focused technology, uncompromised craftsmanship, top safety ratings and excellent fuel economy make the 2012 Lincoln MKX a standout among premium midsize utilities. The Lincoln MKX offers best-in-class standard horsepower (305) and torque (280 lb. ft.) through a 3.7-liter V6 engine featuring twin independent variable camshaft timing (Ti-VCT) to increase power and fuel economy. The engine comes mated to a six-speed automatic transmission, and provides a maximum tow rating of 3500 pounds, as well as up to 26 mpg highway. Lincoln MKX offers an array of standard features that are often optional among luxury competitors, including heated and cooled seats, Lincoln SYNC, MyKey, and Intelligent Access with push-button start and Remote Start System. The five-passenger cabin can be converted into a cargo vehicle, with up to 68.6 cu. ft. of room behind the front seat. New color selections added to the MKX paint palette are, Crystal Champagne Tri-Coat, Cinnamon Metallic, Mineral Gray Metallic and Dark Blue Pearl Metallic.
