Mitsubishi Lancer
2013 MITSUBISHI LANCER: For 2013, the well-rounded Mitsubishi Lancer five-passenger compact sports sedan receives numerous changes that make it even more affordably priced, fuel-efficient and content-laden. New offered equipment include Thule plug-in roof carrier accommodation and sharp-looking new 16-inch five-spoke alloy wheel design. A Premium Package adds leather-wrapped steering wheel, high contrast meter with color LCD MID, power glass sunroof, soft-touch door trim with chrome lever and Rockford Fosgate premium audio system with SiriusXM satellite radio. Lancer's 2013 line-up begins with the entry-level Lancer DE four-door, then moves up to the ES, GT, Ralliart, and recent Lancer SE AWC (All-Wheel Control all-wheel drive system) at an exceptionally-low price point. Lancer's trunk opens to a cargo volume of 12.3 cu. ft. or 10.0 cu. ft. with optional subwoofers. All Lancers feature four-cylinder engines mated to a five-speed manual gearbox or continuously-variable transmission (CVT) with automated manual steering wheel paddle shifters. Both the DE and ES are powered by the 2.0-liter engine that develops 148 horsepower. The SE and performance-oriented Lancer GT feature a potent 168hp 2.4L under its hood. For all-out performance and features, there's the Lancer Ralliart with a 237hp 2.0L turbocharged and intercooled MIVEC-equipped I4. That hot setup comes mated to the lightning-fast six-speed automated manual Twin-Clutch Sportronic Shift transmission. Ralliart's athletic ability is due to features like full-time all-wheel control with Active Center Differential, along with a front helical limited-slip differential, a rear limited-slip differential and Hill Start Assist.
