2013 MERCEDES-BENZ CL-CLASS: For 2013, Mercedes-Benz’s CL premium two-door coupe line is offered with a choice of V-8 or V-12 power, plus high-performance AMG packages of each. New this model year, the Grand Edition package available in choice of three designo paints and three designo interiors, as well as AMG styling, 20-inch wheels and unique badging. The biturbo-powered direct-injection CL550 4MATIC coupe (429 hp) has standard all-wheel drive, and the CL63 AMG model comes with a high-performance direct-injection 5.5-liter AMG version of the biturbo V8 (536 hp), complete with ECO Stop/Start and AMG's award-winning MCT transmission. The V12 powered CL600 (510 hp) and the CL65 AMG (621 hp) round-out the CL coupe line. All CL four-passenger coupes are available with innovative technology, including the new Spotlight Function that is part of its infra-red based Night View Assist PLUS feature; Splitview dual-content viewscreen, Attention Assist, which can alert drivers to the first signs of drowsiness, optional Active Lane Keeping Assist that recognizes lane markings and the revolutionary feature - PRE-SAFE brake, which automatically applies braking in certain types of emergencies.
