2013 ACURA TSX: One of Acura's most popular models is the TSX, thanks to a great mix of styling, sporty performance, luxury appointments, fuel efficiency and value. Recently, the TSX was named "Best Upscale Small Car for Families" by US News and World Report. For 2013, the TSX remains fun to drive thanks to two powerful engine choices; an energetic 2.4-liter four cylinder (available on TSX Sedan, Sport Wagon and Special Edition) and a torquey 3.5L V-6 (available on TSX Sedan). Both engines recently received numerous improvements to reduce internal operating friction which help improve city and highway fuel economy. Adding more sportiness to the TSX lineup is the 2013 TSX Special Edition, powered by the K24 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine that comes linked to either the close-ration six-speed manual or five-speed automatic transmission. Visually, the Special Edition upgrades include front, side and rear spoilers, special badges, unique 17-inch, five-spoke aluminum wheels, and perforated black Lux Suede appointed interior. The 2013 TSX Sport Wagon is a candidate for those considering a compact SUV. Besides offering better fuel economy, the TSX Sport Wagon provides 66.2 cubic feet of rear cargo area. Plus, an available power actuated tailgate, a multi-configurable rear cargo area and a low lift-over height allows for easy loading. All TSX models seat five in comfort, and thanks to the replacement of the spare tire with a new tire repair kit, the TSX gains an additional 5.7 cubic feet of the under-floor storage area.
