Hummer H3
2010 HUMMER H3: Due to corporate cost cutting, this manufacturer has decided not to display at the 2010 Chicago Auto Show. Therefore, this vehicle will not be on display. For 2010 Hummer continues to be offered for sale as the results of a planned sale to a Chinese construction equipment firm awaits approval. The H3 four door SUV gets a new 300 hp 5.3 liter Flex Fuel V-8 on the Alpha, while the base H3 continues to come with a 3.7 liter inline 5, rated at 239 hp. All models pack Hummer’s trademark capability into a midsize package and delivers capable rock crawling and climbing performance, as four wheel drive is standard. The base model starts with a 5-speed manual transmission, while the Alpha calls on a 4-speed Hydra-Matic, which is optional on the Base. A special appearance H3X package features chrome accents and unique details, partnered with the Z85 suspension and is available on the V-8 Alpha model.
