2017 Mercedes-Benz C-Class: The 2017 Mercedes-Benz C-Class is a compact luxury sedan, and new for this year is a convertible version. The C-Class, which competes with the Audi A4, BMW 3- and 4-Series, and Lexus IS and ES, also offers AMG performance variants, as well as coupe and hybrid versions.
Available engines include a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder that makes 241 horsepower, a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder that combines with an electric motor makes 275 horsepower, a 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged V6 that makes 362 horsepower and a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 that makes 469 horsepower. The C-Class is available with rear-wheel or all-wheel drive. All models save the AMG C43 have a seven-speed automatic transmission, the C43 has a nine-speed automatic.
Available features include infotainment and telematics system, satellite radio, power trunk release, keyless entry, power rear sunshade, navigation, satellite radio, and air suspension.
Available safety features include blind-spot monitoring, rear-view camera, adaptive braking, attention assist, collision-prevention system, and dual-front, front-side, rear-side, driver's knee and side-curtain airbags.
The base price for the 2017 Mercedes-Benz C-Class is $39,500.
