2017 Hyundai Ioniq: The 2017 Hyundai Ioniq is an all-new vehicle that offers a choice of hybrid powertrain and will compete against the Chevrolet Bolt and Toyota Prius.There are two powertrains offered on the Ioniq. One is a hybrid powertrain that pairs a 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine with an electric motor for 139 total system horsepower. This powertrain is available in both standard hybrid and plug-in hybrid configurations. The other powertrain is an all-electric motor that makes 120 horsepower. The Ioniq is front-wheel drive. The hybrid uses a six-speed automatic transmission while the electric Ioniq has a single-speed transmission.Available features include a sunroof, heated front seats, dual-zone climate control, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, satellite radio, Bluetooth, BlueLink connectivity system, USB, wireless charging and navigation system.Available safety features include dual-front, front-side, driver's knee and side-curtain airbags; rearview camera, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot detection, rear cross-traffic alert, smart cruise control and lane-departure warning.
