2017 Ford Transit Connect

2017 Ford Transit Connect: The 2017 Ford Transit Connect is a smaller version of Ford's Transit that competes with the Nissan NV200 and Ram ProMaster City. It's meant to usher passengers and cargo through urban environments. For 2017 it sees minor changes, including the addition of a short-wheelbase trim level.

The sole engine is a 2.5-liter four-cylinder that makes 169 horsepower and mates to a six-speed automatic transmission. EPA-estimated fuel economy for the front-wheel drive Transit Connect is 19 mpg city and 27 mpg highway.

Available features include Ford's Sync 3 multimedia suite, leather seats, heated front seats, dual-zone climate control, and tilt/telescope steering wheel.

Available safety features include rear-view camera, blind-spot information system with rear cross-traffic alert, stability control, and dual-front and front-side airbags.

The base price for the 2017 Ford Transit Connect is $23,010, not including dealer and destination fees.
