2017 Chevrolet Silverado HD: The 2017 Chevrolet Silverado HD gets more power for its available diesel engine. Trucks purchased with the diesel engine also get a new air intake and hood design. The Silverado HD is the heavy-duty version of the brand's Silverado full-size pickup truck and it competes with the Ford F-250 and Ram 2500. It's available in regular, double, and crew cab variants.
Available engines include a 6.0-liter V8 that makes 360 horsepower and a 6.6-liter turbocharged diesel that makes 445 horsepower. Both engines mate to six-speed automatic transmission and the Silverado HD is available in rear- or four-wheel drive layouts.
Available features include an off-road performance package, dual-zone climate control, navigation, cooled front seats, Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, satellite radio, remote locking tailgate, premium audio, heated front seats, and in-car Wi-Fi hotspot.
