2017 Buick Regal: The 2017 Buick Regal is a luxury sports sedan that competes with vehicles such as the Acura ILX and Lexus IS 250. Changes are minimal for 2017, but the Regal does add Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capability.
There are two available engines: a 2.4-liter four-cylinder that makes 182 horsepower and a turbocharged 2.4-liter four-cylinder that offers 259 horsepower. Both match up to six-speed automatic transmissions. The Regal is available with front-wheel or all-wheel drive, and maximum EPA combined fuel economy is up to 30 mpg. The sporty GS trim uses the 2.4-liter four-cylinder.
There are five trim levels: 1SV, Sport Touring, Regal AWD, Premium II and GS. The GS is a high-performance trim. Significant available features include Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, heated front seats, heated steering wheel, leather upholstery, dual-zone climate control and 4G LTE hotspot.
Available safety features include six airbags (including head curtain side-impact and rear-seat side-impact). Other available safety features include rear-view camera, anti-lock brakes, stability control, traction control, forward-collision alert, lane-departure warning, lane-change alert, blind-spot alert, adaptive cruise control, collision mitigation braking and rear cross-traffic alert.
