2017 Acura TLX: The 2017 Acura TLX is a five-seat sports sedan that competes with vehicles such as the Audi A4, BMW 3-Series, Cadillac ATS, Jaguar XE, Lexus IS and Mercedes-Benz C-Class. It is virtually unchanged for the 2017 model year.
Power comes from either a 2.4-liter four-cylinder that makes 206 horsepower and mates to an eight-speed automatic transmission or a 3.5-liter V6 that makes 290 horsepower that pairs with a nine-speed automatic transmission. The TLX is available with front-wheel or all-wheel drive (V6 only). All models have an all-wheel steering system. Fuel-economy is EPA-rated at 24 mpg city/35 mpg highway for the 2.4-liter and 21/34 for the V6 (21/31 with all-wheel drive).
Available safety features include ABS, stability control, traction control, forward-collision warning system, collision-mitigation braking, lane-departure warning, lane-keeping assist, road-departure mitigation, blind-spot information, rear cross-traffic monitoring, front- and rear-parking sensors, rearview camera and dual-front, front-side, side-curtain and driver's knee airbags.
Standard or available comfort, convenience, and connectivity features include hill-start assist, cruise control, adaptive cruise control with low-speed follow, heated sideview mirrors, rain-sensing windshield wipers, a navigation system, Bluetooth, Pandora internet radio, premium audio, satellite radio, an auxiliary port, USB port, dual-zone climate control, keyless entry and starting, leather upholstery, power front seats, heated front seats, heated and cooled front seats, a tilt/telescope steering wheel, and power moonroof.
