A 3.0-liter EcoDieselV-6 provides 240-horsepower and is connected to an eight-speed automatic transmission. In addition, performance fans can order the 395-hp 5.7-liter Hemi V-8, which comes linked with a six-speed automatic, and will catapult the Ram from 0-60 mph in 6.1 seconds. A new class-exclusive eight-speed automatic transmission is standard with the 3.6L and available with the Hemi, as is rear-wheel, part-time and on-demand four-wheel drive transfer cases. The Ram 1500 towing capacity ranges from 3,450-10,400 lbs. and accepts a maximum payload of 5,110 pounds. Depending on cab configurations, the Ram 1500 interior carries up to six passengers. All-new premium tail lamps are standard and consist of 15 red LEDs with three red LEDs for the side marker. You will be able to pick out the Ram 1500 Rebel by its off-road-style package and all-new grille with prominent billet silver "RAM" letter badge. Departing from the brand's iconic "crosshair" designs, the blacked-out Rebel grille tops a completely new black off-road front bumper design with a durable powder-coated surface. The 2016 Ram1500 lives up to its slogan, "A truck for everyone."
