2016 Ford Focus

2016 FORD FOCUS: The 2016 Ford Focus is offered with front-wheel drive and in seven trim levels: S, SE, SE SFE, SE Sport, SE EcoBoost, SE Appearance, SE Black Pack, Titanium and Titanium Handling. As the base engine, the 1.0-liter turbocharged EcoBoost three-cylinder delivers 123-hp and comes linked to a six-speed manual CVT gearbox. For more power, a 160-hp 2.0-liter Ti-VCT FFV four-cylinder is available, and it's mated to a standard five-speed manual. Either of the two engines can be ordered with the optional PowerShift six-speed automatic transmission. Proprietary Ford software brings outstanding performance and efficiency from these engines for significantly better fuel economy than larger-displacement gasoline engines with comparable output.  A bold looking exterior includes a restyled hood, grille and trunk lid; available LED signature lighting for headlamps and taillamps with new rear lamp clusters. Sedan and hatchback interiors have a clean, modern look, with satin chrome detailing, new seat trims and switches, and an available heated steering wheel. Storage is improved with a new center console incorporating adjustable cup holders and an easier-to-access glove box. Standard on Focus is a rear view camera that will appear on either a 4.2-inch screen or the available 8-inch screen that comes with MyFord Touch-equipped cars. Available driver-assist technologies for 2016 can add a lane-keeping system and blind spot information system with cross-traffic alert. Tires and wheels range from 15-inch on the S up to 18-in on the top-tier Titanium.
