2016 CHRYSLER 300: MoPar fans visiting the 2016 Chicago Auto Show will be checking out the many refinements to the 2016 Chrysler 300 four-door large sedan. New Chrysler 300 rear-wheel drive or AWD models with the 292 horsepower (300-hp on 300S model) 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 engine continue to use the TorqueFlite eight-speed transmission. An optional power plant on all 300 models is the 363-hp 5.7L Hemi V-8. The popular Chrysler 300 is available in five highly equipped models: 300 Limited, 300S, 300C, Platinum and the 300 SRT8. There is also a '16 Chrysler 300 90th Anniversary Edition that delivers even more value to the Limited model. Visually, the 300 body is even more sculptural and expressive with bolder front grille, signature LED lighting, unique finishes and new wheel designs. Finishing the new 300 sedan's powerful rear stance is a new sculpted LED taillamp with an illuminated halo. The five-passenger interior includes a standard seven-inch full-color driver info display and class-exclusive electronic rotary transmission shifter. Large 20-inch polished-face wheels are for rear-wheel drive only, and the 19-inch with all-wheel drive, provides the sedans with an even more planted and road-holding look. Also, the Chrysler 300 AWD model offers even more all-season capability, and includes an exclusive active transfer case and front-axle-disconnect for greater fuel economy. Every '16 Chrysler 300 variant is outfitted with a tailored trunk that can handle 16.3 cubic feet of luggage. Fresh exterior colors includes Black Forest Green Pearl Coat on Chrysler 300 Limited, 300C and 300C Platinum models.
