2016 Cadillac SRX

2016 CADILLAC SRX: For 2016, the stylish Cadillac SRX five-door, five-passenger midsize luxury crossover receives minor refinements. SRX is offered in a Base model and three option collections: Luxury, Performance, and Premium, all with a wide stance, minimal overhangs and wheels pushed to corners. Each SRX is powered by a direct-injected 3.6-liter V-6 rated at 308-horsepower matched with the Hydra-Matic six-speed automatic gearbox. The transmission features a driver-selectable Eco feature that alters the shift points for up to 1-mpg improved fuel economy in normal driving conditions. Front-wheel drive is standard with all-wheel drive offered on all but the Base model. Complementing the striking exterior is the signature shield piece grille with expressive depth for an overall richer appearance, flanked by vertical headlamps with light pipe technology and available Adaptive Forward Lighting technology that turns the lamps in the direction of the front wheels. The roomy cabin can be ordered with new Caramel-shade leather-trimmed upholstery, accompany by ebony accents. Occupants will love the UltraView sunroof that covers 70 percent of the vehicle ceiling, and when needed, there is and 61.18 cubic feet of cargo volume behind first-row seats. Creating a quieter driving experience, Cadillac's active noise cancelation through the audio system is tailor to the sound quality and character inside the cabin. OnStar with 4G LTE offers standard built-in Wi-Fi hotspot. Eighteen-inch wheels are stock on the Base and Luxury Collection and 20-inch wheels on Performance and Premium Collections. Additionally, a rearview camera comes standard. Buyers have a choice from a paint palette consisting of ten exterior colors, with names like Cocoa Bronze metallic, Crystal Red tint coat, and Sapphire Blue metallic.
