2015 CHEVROLET IMPALA: Chevrolet flagship Impala received a redesign a year ago, so the 2015 model receives a few minor tweaks to the full-size sedan. A pair of new features enhances everyday driving: fuel-saving stop/start technology on the 2.5L engine and new OnStar with 4G LTE connectivity and standard built-in Wi-Fi hotspot. For MY2015, the bi-fuel model is capable of running on gas or CNG. The latest Impala builds on a strong 10 generation heritage of the Impala nameplate by offering expressive style, an award-winning global platform, refinements and the latest technology. All-new exterior design represents the next evolution of Chevrolet's design vocabulary, and is offered on the Impala LS, LT and LTZ models. The 2015 Impala is styled with sleek four-door proportions, sculpted body sides, and outfitted with standard 18-inch wheels and projector-beam headlamps, with HID headlamps and LED daytime running lamps. Options include 19- and 20-inch aluminums rims. Impala's three powertrains all feature fuel-saving direct injection and lightweight components. The Ecotec 2.4-liter engine develops 182 horsepower; the Ecotec 2.5L four-cylinder ups the ante to 195 horsepower and the output for the 3.6L V-6 is a robust 303 hp. All of the ‘15 Impala engines are matched with six-speed automatic transmissions, and maximum trailer towing is 1000 lbs. The Chevrolet signature dual-cockpit cabin with wraparound flow instrument panel and ambient lighting, comfortably seats five-passengers, and the sizeable truck can haul 18.8 cu. ft. of groceries or luggage. The instrument panel integrates a new instrument cluster with a standard 4.2-inch color display with reconfigurable features for the driver information center.
