2015 AUDI TT/TTS: On review at the 107th edition of the Chicago Auto Show, Feb. 14-22, 2015, will be the limited-built Audi TT and TTS Coupe and Roadster. Among the new standard features for 2015 are front heated seats and 5-arm Dynamic design wheels. Audi is offering a new optional TTS Competition package this year that adds Imola Yellow or Nimbus Gray exterior colors, high-touch madras Brown Baseball-optic leather seating surfaces with Imola yellow accents and contrast stitching. The iconic shape of the TT/TTS has been enhanced by Audi’s signature grille, pronounced air inlets and wheel arches, plus, Le Mans-inspired LED daytime running light technology. An adaptive rear spoiler in the back automatically deploys and retracts based on vehicle speed, and can also be controlled on command. The Audi TT is powered by a 2.0-liter TFSI turbocharged and direct-injected, four-cylinder engine. It produces 211-horsepower and sprints from 0-to-60 mph in 5.3 seconds. For those who demand more performance, the TTS takes the same 2.0L engine and pumps out 265-hp and knocks-down the 0-60 to 4.9 seconds. All TT and TTS models are fitted with a six-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, and both models come standard with quattro all-wheel drive. A further expression of its sports car DNA is the driver-orientated cockpit with a new flat-bottom, aluminum-trimmed steering wheel. High-technologies include a premium BOSE twelve speaker 255-watt sound system, which is further enhanced by AudioPilot noise compensation feature that adjusts volume in response to unwanted road noise. An Audi exclusive roll-bar covered in black leather will be optional for both models.
