2024 Lexus IS: The Lexus IS remains unchanged for 2024, though it adds an F Sport trim to the base offering, as well as an F Sport Design trim to the rest of the lineup. IS is a compact luxury car that seats 5 passengers and is only offered as a 4-door sedan. Competitors include the Acura TSX, Audi A3, BMW 2-Series, Mercedes-Benz CLA, and Volvo S40. A high-performance variant called the IS 500 is also offered.

Seven trims are offered: IS 300, IS 300 F Sport Design, IS 300 F Sport, IS 350 F Sport Design, IS 350 F Sport, IS 500 F Sport Performance, and IS 500 F Sport Performance Premium. Three engine options are available: A turbocharged 2.0-liter 4-cylinder that makes 241 horsepower and pairs to an 8-speed automatic transmission, a 3.5-liter V6 that makes 311 horsepower and pairs to a 6-speed automatic, and a 5.0-liter V8 that makes 472 horsepower and pairs to an 8-speed automatic transmission.
