2014 AUDI TT/TTS: The 2014 Audi TT and TTS Coupe and Roadster are billed as, "The new shape of exhilaration," a description the limited-built models live up to. Eye-catching touches include Xenon plus headlamps, LED daytime running lights, and an adaptive rear spoiler in the back that automatically deploys and retracts based on vehicle speed, and can also be controlled on command. Discontinued is the TT RS with 360 horsepower five-cylinder turbocharged engine. For 2014, there is a choice of the 220- or 265-horsepower version of the standard-equipped 2.0-liter turbo four-cylinder engine, each mated to the six-speed sequential gearbox. Power sent to the standard quattro all-wheel drive is distributes to the wheels that need it most. The TTS Coupe seamlessly launches from 0-to-60 MPH in 4.9 seconds, while the Roadster completes the sprint in 5.1 sec. Standard on the TT Coupe and Roadster is the S line specific Audi Singleframe grille, S line front and rear bumpers, rocker panels, and door sills. For additional exclusivity, there is a package with carbon fiber front splitter and rear diffuser. Tailored specifically for 2014, the TT and TTS models now come standard with all the equipment offered in the 2013 Premium plus model. These technologies include premium BOSE twelve speaker 255-watt sound system that is further enhanced by AudioPilot noise compensation. This feature adjusts volume in response to unwanted road noise. Additionally, the '14 Audi TTS models now include heated front seats and a new optional Black Optic package that contain Phantom Black interior inlays. Also new for 2014, TTS bi-color Audi exclusive Fine Nappa packages are further enhanced with color leather – Crimson or Titanium – on the flat-portion of the steering wheel.
