Industry people relied on the annual directory published by the Detroit Free Press when attending the annual Chicago Auto Show. It was used to find all exhibitors and their locations at the Coliseum, armories and hotels. This copy is from 1924. On the right, a stylish pen and ink newspaper ad promoted the new Nash Business Coupe, which was displayed at the 1924 Chicago Auto Show.
Wills St. Claire displayed a custom roadster at the 1924 show fitted with polished cooper accents on the fenders, radiator top and wheels. It was noted at the show that the use of disc wheels offered opportunity for good color effects and striping.
