2013 VOLVO XC60: For model year 2013, the Volvo's XC60 continues as a sporty and muscular challenger in the small premium utility segment. The XC60 offers three levels of performance to satisfy a wide range of buyers, starting with the XC60 3.2, powered by a 3.2 liter in-line six-cylinder that produces 240 horsepower to the standard front-wheel drive. All-wheel drive is optional on the 3.2 model, but standard equipment on the T6AWD and R-Design. Both the T6AWD and R-Design come fitted with a 3.0L six-cylinder turbocharged engine. The T6AWD setup delivers 300hp, and the R-Design increases that ante to 325hp. Each engine comes mated to a six-speed Geartronic automatic transmission, and all powertrain combinations offer a maximum towing capacity of 3300 pounds. With Scandinavian simplicity, the XC60 interiors include genuine leather upholstery and real wood inlays; can transport five-passengers or haul 67.4-cu. ft. of camping gear or groceries.
