2013 Nissan Pathfinder: Sure to draw consumers into the Nissan exhibit at the 2013 Chicago Auto Show will be the all-new fourth generation Pathfinder SUV. The 2013 Pathfinder is adventure-ready with wheel-oriented muscular fenders, a strong, stable stance, front and rear spoilers, rear tire deflectors and rear suspension fairings to help achieve among the best aerodynamic performance in the segment. 3.5-liter V-6 produces 260 horsepower and is linked-up with the next-generation CVT (continuously variable transmission) for enhanced driver feel and improve fuel economy. Pathfinder is Nissan's iconic SUV, in four models: S, SV, SL and Platinum, with three-row, seven passenger interior, and offered in four-wheel and two-wheel drive configurations, with a maximum 5,000-pound towing capacity. Cargo room ranges from 16.0 cu. ft. with second and third row seats upright to 79.8 when seats are folded. An available Dual panorama moonroof creates an even more airy cabin environment. Other exterior details include a wide chrome grille, large aerodynamic headlights and eight available exterior colors, including names like, Mocha Stone, Super Black, Cayenne Red, Moonlight White and Artic Blue metallic. The Nissan Pathfinder was originally introduced as a 1986 model, with major redesigns in 1996, 2005 and now 2013. Throughout its 27-year history it has remained one of Nissan's most popular and most recognized nameplates, with more than 1.2 million Pathfinders sold in the U.S. alone.
