CHEVROLET SONIC Z-SPEC HATCH 1 CONCEPT: With its dynamic lines and aggressive, ready-to-pounce stance, the Chevrolet Sonic Z-Spec Hatch 1 Concept sure turned heads at the 2012 Chicago Auto Show. Ideal for customization and performance, this Sonic prototype is armed with elements from the Z-Spec line of appearance accessories available at Chevy dealerships. The exterior is painted Torch Red with a stripe package and ground effects. There are Z-Spec logos, a spoiler, concept grille and 18-inch wheels that make Hatch 1 a standout. Performance upgrades include Pedders performance suspension, Brembo four-pistion brakes and Boria high-flow exhaust system. Not to be outdone, the retrimmed interior is upholstered in Cobalt Red leather with perforated black suede seat inserts.
