Model lineup includes the Impreza WRX, WRX Premium, WRX Limited, WRX STI and WRX STI Limited performance packages. Standard on the Impreza WRX trim levels is an intercooled turbocharged 2.5-liter four-cylinder Boxer engine that develops 265 horsepower and comes mated to a five-speed manual gearbox. The WRX STI packages boosts the Boxer engine up to 305hp and is linked with a quick-shifting close-ratio six-speed manual gearbox. A functional hood scoop delivers air to the intercooler, which helps to lower the temperature of the air compressed by the turbocharger, boosting performance.
