2013 MINI COOPER HARDTOP: With its wide bulldog stance, rigid body structure, and performance muscle under the hood, the Mini Cooper Hardtop slides into the 2013 model year with minor updates. There are three Hardtop trim levels for 2013, including the Cooper, Cooper S and John Cooper Works. Stock engine is the 114 horsepower 1.6 liter inline four-cylinder that can be mated to a Getrag six-speed manual or Aisin six-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters . The Mini John Cooper Works edition packs a walloping 208 horsepower, making it among the fastest Minis ever made. Bred for the track, they’re fast and ferocious for maximum performance motoring thrills. Track specifications include 0-to-60 mph in 6.6 seconds; quarter mile in 14.5 seconds and a top speed of 139 mph. All models transport four large guys with plenty of headroom and 5.7 cu. ft. of room for groceries, or when rear seatbacks are folded down, an impressive 24 cu. ft of room for weekend sports gear. Top features available include Mini Connected with optional navigation system, Sirius XM satellite radio with one year subscription, and HD radio technology. A total of thirteen exterior body colors are offered, including British Racing Green II, which can be complimented by your choice of either white, black or body colored roof and exterior mirrors.
