2013 DODGE DART:
Dodge Dart, a name remembered from the late 1960s for style, performance and innovation, once again enters the changing automotive marketplace. The all-new 2013 Dart blends Alfa Romeo Giulietta DNA with aerodynamic Dodge styling for the U.S. compact sedan segment. The new five-passenger Dart is available in five trim levels: SE, SXT, Rallye, Limited and R/T. Eye-catching exterior proportions are set off from every angle by dynamic lines and curves. Drivers can select from three different four-cylinder powerplants - the Tigershark 2.0-liter; a 1.4L MultiAir Intercooled Turbo and a new Tigershark 2.4-liter MultiAir engine. Horsepower and torque ratings range from 160hp/145lb.ft. to 184hp/171lb.ft. These I4s can be linked to a six-speed manual, six-speed automatic or dual dry clutch six-speed automatic transmission. Combined with responsive steering, four-wheel independent suspension, and available 18-inch wheels, the Dart brings fun back to driving in the compact car segment, and is made in the Chrysler Group's assembly plant in Belvidere, Illinois. Luggage compartment can hold 13.1 cu. ft. of groceries, and the 12 new exterior paint colors have bright names like, Header Orange, Blue Streak, Winter Chill, and Citrus Peel.
