MEDIA PREVIEW CREDENTIAL REGISTRATION

Media Preview Credentials are intended for working media and corporate executives. They are valid for the Media Preview (February 6-7) and Public Days (February 8-17) of the 2008 Chicago Auto Show. A valid government-issued photo ID is needed along with your credential to gain access to the show floor.

Despite multiple notices, you missed the bus. Online Media Preview Credential registration is closed. We gave you ample time and you missed it, so now you have to stand in line at the XM Radio Media Center to if you still require credentials—no exceptions. You won't have to wait long, but it will be longer than if you had done what we asked.

• If you plan to request media credentials at the XM Radio Media Center you will need a valid, state- or government-issued photo ID, business card, and printed examples of your work. If you intend to take pictures or video and don't have examples of your work, you will need a letter from your assignment editor or publisher on company letterhead.
• If you plan to request corporate credentials at the XM Radio Media Center you will need a valid, state- or government-issued photo ID and business card.

There are no exceptions to these two rules.

The XM Radio Media Center is located in N426. It will be open on Monday, February 4 from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Tuesday, February 5 through Sunday February 17 from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
