"We felt a surge even before we opened the Chicago show's doors," said Dave Sloan, general manager of the annual show held at the mammoth McCormick Place on Chicago's lakefront. The crowd stopped to pose by the 2013 Dodge Dart which will begin production at Chrysler's Belvidere Assembly plant this spring. Dart production will bring 1,800 new jobs to the area.

Popping the question next to a Chrysler 300 at the auto show was a fitting beginning for the couple who plan to wed at Walt Disney World later this year.

Acura Debuts 2013 RDX and All-New ILX Sedan at Chicago Auto Show

Following up on its blockbuster appearance at this year’s Detroit auto show, Acura today unveiled production versions of two new vehicles at the Chicago Auto Show. A completely redesigned 2013 Acura RDX crossover sport utility vehicle and the all-new 2013 Acura ILX luxury compact sedan were shown. Both new Acura models are scheduled for launch in the Spring.
