Both Argo and Mitchell exhibited at the 15th annual Chicago Auto Show. Mitchell offered "speed, power, appearance, comfort, and luxury combined with light weight --- but all with safety first." Mitchell models started at $1,250 for the Light Four, and ran as high as $2,350 for the Six DeLuxe. Argo was promoted as a car that the average family cannot only afford, but that it cannot afford to be without. For $295 f.o.b. Jackson, MI, you purchased a four-cylinder, two-passenger real motor vehicle. A top, windshield, headlights and generator were an additional $29.00.
