Tracking your order: The limited time until the Feb. 11 event does not allow for your ticket(s) to be shipped to you in advance. Your ticket(s) will be held at Will Call at the event. Will Call opens at 5:15 p.m. in the Grand Concourse, a large hallway that separates the McCormick Place North and South halls.

All participating charities will be represented at Will Call. If your purchase is earmarked to benefit any of them solely, approach that charity at Will Call. If the proceeds from your purchase are intended to benefit two or more, or all the charities, approach the center of the Will Call table, to the representative identified as "First Look for Charity."
