Autoblog.com, one of the most influential and important automotive enthusiast Websites, recently listed its top ten most popular posts of 2011. Wouldn't you know it but the Chicago Auto Show grabbed not one but two of the available. In addition, Chicago was the only auto show mentioned in any top ten posts.

Dressing up as a racecar driver for Halloween? Well how about a racecar to go with it? On display during the 1909 Chicago Auto Show were two recent winning racing cars. On the left is the 1907 Thomas Flyer that won the 1908 New York to Paris race. Next to Thomas sits the two-seat Locomobile, which won the Vanderbilt Cup race in 1908.
