TO ENTER: 1) Online Entries: You may enter at ChicagoAutoShow.com by clicking on the Best of Show link. You may also enter at the Chicago Auto Show from February 9-18, 2013. Online entries with an invalid mail address are automatically void. Only one entry per Email address [per day will be accepted. Any individual who attempts or otherwise encourages, directly or indirectly, the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities, by cellular phone, or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage, directly or indirectly, multiple or false entries, as determined by the Chicago Auto Show, will be disqualified.  2) Postal Entries. You may enter via mail by hand printing your name, complete address, zip code, daytime phone number, Email address and date of birth on a plain 3"X 5" piece of paper. Mail your entry in a hand addressed stamped envelope to: Best of Show Sweepstakes, 18w200 Butterfield Road, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181. Only one entry per household will be accepted. Entries must be mailed separately, be postmarked by February 21, 2012 and received by February 27, 2012. Mechanically reproduced entries are automatically void.

PRIZES: Grand Prizes (5): Apple iPads. (Approximate Retail Value: $500 each). All prizes are provided by the Chicago Tribune and Chicago Auto Show.

RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted on or about February 28, 2012, by Dennis O'Keefe, P.C. Approximate odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by phone and/or Email.

GENERAL RULES: Entrants with an invalid email address are not eligible for prizes. The Chicago Auto Show will make 3 attempts to contact potential prize winners via Email within 48 hours from time of drawing. If the Chicago Auto Show is unable to reach a potential winner within this time frame, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, taxes, tips, and transportation are the responsibility of the individual winners. All taxes related to the prizes are the responsibility of the individual winners. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is allowed, except by the Chicago Auto Show who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize (or portion of prize) is unavailable. The Chicago Auto Show and the Chicago Sun-Times, and each of their respective shareholders, general and limited partners, employees, parents, directors, officers, affiliates, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns and their agencies assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize. No responsibility is assumed for lost, misdirected, illegible, postage due or late entries or mail. Each promotion entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Chicago Auto Show and the Chicago Sun-Times shall have the right (subject to applicable law) to (i) analyze and use his/her name, address, and biographical information (the "information") for any and all purposes, including, without limitation, sending advertising and promotional materials to each entrant and for any other advertising, marketing and promotional purposes; and (ii) to share the information with third parties for their advertising, marketing and promotional purposes or for any other purposes. Each entrant also acknowledges that he/she shall have no right of approval of any use of the information as permitted hereunder; and agrees to release in perpetuity the Chicago Auto Show and Chicago Sun-Times from any claims, demands, losses and liabilities of any nature arising out of or in any way connected with the information and the use thereof as permitted hereunder, including, but not limited to, claims of false endorsement or infringement of rights of publicity or privacy. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winners' names, photographs and likenesses for publicity purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. Under no circumstances should entrants give their credit card account number, or any information regarding their account, over the phone in connection with this sweepstakes. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the administrator.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to legal U.S. residents except employees and their families of the Chicago Auto Show and the Chicago Tribune, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies. This offer is void wherever prohibited, and subject to all federal, state and local laws.
