Official Chicago Auto Show App Entries: You can enter by downloading the free Official Chicago Auto Show App that can be found in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Upon download, you will be prompted to fill out an entry form for entry. One entry per app download per Email address per day will be accepted. Additional entries can be made at the Chicago Auto Show via the app when prompted via beacon message. One entry per beacon notification per Email address per day will be accepted.
Best of Show Entries: You may enter at www.chicagoautoshow.com by clicking on the Best of Show link. You may also enter in person at the Chicago Auto Show from Feb. 8-17, 2020, at the Best of Show Voting kiosks in the North Hall of McCormick Place. Only one entry per Email address per day will be accepted.
Postal Entries: You may enter via mail by hand printing your name, complete address, zip code, daytime phone number, Email address and date of birth on a plain 3"X 5" piece of paper. Mail your entry in a hand addressed stamped envelope to: 2020 CHICAGO AUTO SHOW SWEEPSTAKES, 18W200 Butterfield Road, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181. Only one entry per household will be accepted. Entries must be mailed separately, be postmarked by February 19, 2020 and received by February 25, 2020. Mechanically reproduced entries are automatically void.
All entries with an invalid mail address are automatically void. All entries with incomplete information are automatically void. Any individual who attempts or otherwise encourages, directly or indirectly, the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities, by electronic means, or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage, directly or indirectly, multiple or false entries, as determined by the Chicago Auto Show, will be disqualified.
PRIZES: Grand Prize (1): $500 Best Buy Gift Card. (Approximate $500.00). Prize provided by the Chicago Auto Show. App registration Prize (5): $50 Best Buy Gift Card. There is no prize substitution or cash equivalent.
RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted on or about March 1, 2020, by Dennis O'Keefe, P.C. Approximate odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by Email ONLY.
GENERAL RULES: Google and Apple are not a sponsor or involved in this sweepstakes in any way.
The Chicago Auto Show will make 3 attempts to contact the potential winner (s) via Email within 48 hours from time of drawing. If the Chicago Auto Show is unable to reach a potential winner(s) within this time frame, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, tips and transportation are the responsibility of the individual winners. Winner is obligated for all taxes not limited to, federal, state and local income taxes and state and local sales taxes. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution is allowed, except by the Chicago Auto Show who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize (or portion of prize) is unavailable. The Chicago Auto Show and each of its respective shareholders, general and limited partners, employees, parents, directors, officers, affiliates, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns and their agencies assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize. No responsibility is assumed for lost, misdirected, illegible, postage due or late entries or mail. Each promotion entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Chicago Auto Show shall have the right (subject to applicable law) to (i) analyze and use his/her name, address, and biographical information (the "information") for any and all purposes, including, without limitation, sending advertising and promotional materials to each entrant and for any other advertising, marketing and promotional purposes; and (ii) to share the information with third parties for their advertising, marketing and promotional purposes or for any other purposes. Each entrant also acknowledges that he/she shall have no right of approval of any use of the information as permitted hereunder; and agrees to release in perpetuity the Chicago Auto Show from any claims, demands, losses and liabilities of any nature arising out of or in any way connected with the information and the use thereof as permitted hereunder, including, but not limited to, claims of false endorsement or infringement of rights of publicity or privacy. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winners' names, photographs and likenesses in any media, including the world wide web, for any purpose in perpetuity without further compensation except where prohibited by law. Under no circumstances should entrants give their credit card account number, or any information regarding their account, over the phone in connection with this sweepstakes. Winner will provide legal name, address, and social security number prior to awarding the prize. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the administrator.
ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of Illinois or Indiana, age 18 or older, except employees (and their families) of the Chicago Automobile Trade Association/Chicago Auto Show, their affiliates, subsidiaries, or advertising and promotion agencies. This offer is void wherever prohibited, and subject to all federal, state and local laws.
WINNERS LIST: For a list of winners, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope by March 150, 2020, to: 2020 CHICAGO AUTO SHOW SWEEPSTAKES Winners, 18W200 Butterfield Road, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181. A list of winners will also be available at ChicagoAutoShow.com after March 15, 2020.
